in 1989, Dar Yu was founded in Kaohsiung, Taiwan, initially focusing on distributing fasteners.

In 1993, in response to customers' increasing demand for diverse packaging options in the DIY market, we established a plastic ejection manufacturing facility that specialized in producing plastic boxes of varying shapes and sizes.

In 1999, Dar Yu established its sister company, K-tool Enterprise Co., Ltd., to produce hand-tools and high-end insulated screwdrivers.

In 2010, to boost productivity, Dar Yu moved its packing lines and storage to a new 6,000 square meter facility in Renwu Industrial Park.

In 2022, the K-TOOL brand was officially renamed to KTC and began producing high-quality bits and sockets.
